A freshman and McCabe Scholar at Swarthmore College, Justine is considering studying political science, peace and conflict studies, or pre-law as she continues to pursue her passion for music and arts accessibility. Justine graduated as the Valedictorian of ASPIRA Charter High School’s first graduating class, where she was recognized as a Delaware Secretary of Education Scholar, earned the Delaware Certificate of Multiliteracy in Spanish and English, and was a Questbridge National College Match finalist.

A talented musician, Justine has played the viola for 16 years and has played with the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra and Settlement Advanced Chamber ensembles. In response to the needs of her community needs, along with her sisters, formed Strings For Change, a non-profit program designed to bring free music education and instruments to students without access to music classes. Through this program, she provided instruction, instruments, and countless hours to over 100 students in the past 4 years. Her work in music, education, and advocacy reflects her deep commitment to uplifting others through the power of the arts.
